How can a company be so bad.

Flying from Montreal to Toronto, they loose luggages so many times.

This time , I was supposed to fly at 10.am. today. The flight was delayed at 12.00 am. They put me on standby for the 11:00 am flight. This flight left one hre and 20 nimutes later. When boarding, I am asking if my luggage would be on the flight. Arriving in Toronto, my luggage is not there for sure. 12 hrs later, they have not found my luggage and simply say that thay have no clue where it is . I am here for a business trip and have to give a speech tomorroqw to the trade in front of 500 people. Tonight I went to a business dinner without being able to dress properly. I have no clothe since I have travelled with very casual chloting.
This happens so many timnes that luggages do not make it with Air Canada.
How can flights from Montreal _Toronto ( with no other destination) can lose your luggage. What bunch of idiots are managing the luggages .Really , how can a company be so successfull at screwing up things like this. My luggages are lost by Air Canada at least 33% of the time I am flying with them. Who is in charge of this company ? When the flights are not delayed or cancelled (lately, I had one flight cancelled form NY, another one fom Chicago, ant this mornintg again. I spend hrs and hrs in airports being booked on a later flight. I do not beleive in their stories;I think that they simply cancel flight because they are not full enough ) all this in my last 3 trips with AIR CANADA. Maybe this president of Air Canada, instead of looking at his pay check, should question the efficiency of his company. This such a shitty company now. What have we done with our nice national carrier. I was proud of it as a Canadian. Now it is such a bad company. They can have some ecsuses from time to time, but right now Ireally feel thet they do not manage things properly.

Really, I am so stressed flying with Air Canada. The most simple flight turns into a nightmare all the times.
