After reading many comments/complaints that involve lightinthebox I feel I too have become a victim.
I placed an order for wedding shoes on 16/06/2012 a payment of £50.28 was made through paypal on this date.
After 14days waiting for a delivery I contacted paypal to look into this matter for me.
I received a instant reply from lightinthebox saying the shoes would take 45days to be hand made and would I still like them carry on with my order
due to their quick and convincing response I told them to go ahead with my order.
it as now been 61days and I still haven't received my order.
I no longer have the protection from paypal as I felt lightinthebox was being honest with me and my complaint was/ad been resolved.
I would be very greatful for you to look into recovering my payment for me.
