I found this website www.iphonetabletpc.com online and the they claimed that they are wholesaler of consumer electronics ranging from smart phones, laptops,tablet pc,to flat screen tvs, and they are from China. i chat with one of their representative, Ms Chen about buying ipad in bulk from them to resell, she gave me the price but she wanted me to send money through wire transfer or western union as they will not take any secure means of payment.
I told her I could not do that being the first time we doing any transaction together but she convinced me to try them with one unit which i did and i sent her $470 + $14 service fee through western union in favor of Ling Han whom she claimed was in their finance department.
She told me I will get my item within 3 days through DHL and she was going to send me the tracking number but after they got the money, she stopped responding to my messages and she will not even chat with me online anymore.

It would appear as though you have been conned there, mayor. Why don't you contact the delivery company they were proposing to use so you can try to get information on whether they do in fact work with them? My next stop after that would be to report the site to the Chinese Government so they can do something about the operation. They are very robust with that because, ultimately, it damages free trade for the numerous honest businesses they have based there and rely heavily upon.
If you let this go then you will allow these people to win. Not only financially with the $484 they have made from you but also with however much they have made from others and those in the future.
In all honesty, you should have spotted the warning signs with the payment options they employ. It's all one sided in their favour. They are the preferred payment methods of con-artists and cheats. Good-honest businesses would know that is not a way forward and would set up payment options that people are happy to use for piece of mind on both sides.
It's your duty to do what you can to close this con down. -

You appear very certain of yourself. Especially in your broken-pigeon-English. My question is, where is his iPad then?
Why no reputable payment options on offer?
How come when I made an enquiry a little earlier the site offered me the iPhone 5 at $500 a piece when even Apple has not released a definite date for them to go on sale?
Far too many inconsistencies and irregularities for anybody to ever want to do business with the likes of you and your enterprise. My guess is it's a team of a couple of people at the most. It would not surprise me if it's a one man band operation.
As for the "industry attack" old Chestnut. That might fly with an idiot but believe me your card has now been marked. I hope you are arrested and imprisoned very soon. -
