I also saw the email for "sample" of "designer perfume" and the language was meant to trick you into thinking it was a new fragrance and were looking for feedback by sending out samples.

When my card was charged $95.00 I called the number lkisted and the guy said he could not do anything, he was just an order taker and to send an email to [email protected] which I did. Of course they claimed the "terms and conditions" were on the page where you give your credit card number but if it were it must have been so buried in legalese they you could not detect nor decipher it. I told them that I was going to report them and their deceptive advertising to The Attorney General, The Postmaster General and my attorney. Then they offered me a $40.00 refund. When I contacted my attorney she suggested returning the product and disputing it with my bank.I contacted my bank and they also suggested I return the product and then we will dispute it. And on top of everything the perfume stinks and not in a good way and the supposed "designer" is probably someones next door neighbor! Stay tuned.......
