I would like to warn anybody thinking of taking up the 'free trial' offer to be VERY careful. I thought I was just accepting a 2 week free trial of this supposed supplement but then realised that they had sent a full month's supply in the same bottle, so without realising, it is very easy to just carry on over the two weeks. They then took £69.95 from my bank account when I had had no intention of continuing with the course. I was dismayed but thought I must have failed to read some small print and wrote it off to experience. However, I was due to go abroad a few days later and have just returned from two months away to find two further months' supply of tablets delivered and my bank account depleted by a further £139!!1 I rang them to say I had no idea that this would be a regular commitment, as I had not wanted any more than the initial free trial, and had been away so unable to do anything about it sooner. They were completely unhelpful and inflexible,just saying that I should have read the small print, refusing to let me return any of the unopened deliveries, and refusing to reimburse me for even the latest one which had only just arrived! I was appalled by this attitude and consider this company to be a ruthless, money making set up, charging exorbitant amounts for a mediocre product, with no interest at all in the well being of their customers. I will be looking at other ways of complaining about this company and trying to get some of my money back. Be warned!
