The Sales Rep from Security Networks told me that the alarm security system I was using (Monitronics) had an F rating with Better Buiness Bureau, and they were taking over for them. Security Networks gave me a booklet which claims they have an A+ rating. Security sent a letter to Monitronics to cancel my contract ending in September, and I signed a 3-year contract with Security Networks on July 3, 2012, based on what they told me. Later I learned that Monitronics has an A rating and Security Networks has an F rating. Recently I learned that there are several thousands of complaints for fraud against this company, which changes their name every couple of years. They were also Icon, Apex, and Vivient. My case is not yet resolved.
