ONSTREETPARC refuses to update their computer system to connect to Jefferson County Clerks site. ONSTREETPARC is contracted by The City of Louisville to monitor and collect monies for parking downtown in Louisville. I traded by automobile in March "2009" to Tafel Motors & the person who now owns the vehicle must've parked downtown and received a ticket that was not paid. I received a copy of a violation that I had not paid this ticket and after researching I was told by ONSTREETPARC that I would need to go to the County Clerks Office and get a document to show that I no longer own the automobile. Also, this document will cost me and then I can either pay to get it to them or bring it to them. I refuse to do either. My credit score has been in the 800 range and now to get a hit on my credit in this manner for something I did not do I would like to voice a compplaint. This wronged bill is now in collections after being told that if I wrote a letter they would take it off their system. The letter to ONSTREETPARC was mailed to on April 15, 2012. I requested that they send me verification but I never received it from the Supervisor of ONSTREETPARC.
