i had to return 2 pairs of shoes because one was too big and one too small. sent them on two different dates, because got one a week later. was told by 2 different representatives that i would be emailed a prepaid free shipping label one for each pair of shoes. then about 3 weeks later both parcels were 18.77$ canadian dollars, for a total of 37.54 was taken out of my account. see thats how they get you tell you the shipping label is free then when you are not expecting it they charge your account.
