This is in continuatio of my previous complaint on this scammer. Due to my tight financial need and his somewhat sincere assurances that my loan would be transferred immediaely once he receives the fees, I kept on sending money via MoneyGram until the amount reaches to $600.00. Everytime he received the money he would have excuses for another fee. As of today, no loan has been tansferred to me. If any of you out there receives a loan offer from this Pedro Williams of Johannesburg, South Africa, do not make a mistake of answering his offer. BEWARE of a genuine SCAMMER.
