While i was in discussion with direct about getting my acount payed up i owed 120$ there was an issue we were stuck on.I looked 1 day at my acount and I was -500 dollars.My bank told me direct had been trying 5 or more times a day to run various amounts against a card that i had in the past made payments on but would not give them to put on file.It is a regular hideous practice they condone they dont care if your family starves cant put gas in to goto work. bank recomends setting up with a prepay card and making all monthly payments via money order.I was a valued customer so they said
