Thought I was ordering a jeanstar jacket from a us site when my Visa card was verified through the verified by visa process I assumed it was a credible company. I have since received emails from a Chinese source and received no details as to shipment process etc when I realized the transaction was suspect immediately after completion I contacted Visa who was not helpful at all. Why is Visa authorizing credit card transactions for this company when they have clearly been identified as scammers? Will not be using Visa anymore.
