After placing my order to AJRICHES for a Nikon D5100 camera body, advertised for $449.00, I received a phone call from them 2 or 3 days later to "verify my name and address." After I told they had the correct information, the guy on the phone immediantly went into a hard sell spill. So many "good deals" flew out of his mouth it was impossible to keep them straight. I finally ordered my camera for the price advertised, I guess, and agreed to accept two 5 hour batteries [one free], two high speed HD cards,[one free] a 3 yr. warrenty on the camera, and air mail shipping, all for a little over $700.00. I asked him what would be in the camera box and he told me the "regular things that come with a camera." He said he "knew it included a 30 minute battery" and I "would surely want at least a 5 hour battery." My package was not shipped via air, I received it in about 8 days. The Nikon Camera body was in a white box wrapped in bubble wrap, along with one battery and one high speed HD Sd card. I am not sure it is a new camera or a refurbished one.Their advertisement states "new." I have tried at least 5 phone calls and one e-mail to them regarding this matter. Everytime I do get to speak to a person he immediately hangs up on me or places me on hold until I get tired and I hang up. There are SO MANY BAD REVIEWS about this company on the net, and had I read any of them before I ordered from AJRICHES I would not have done so. Of course I am very frustrated and feel as if they owe me $320.00 for items I did not receive and were promised, and , needless to say, overpriced. Also missing was the three yr. insurance policy on the camera. The invoice in the package reads $769.99 for the "Package Price." I will keep what they sent to me but would like the extra $320.00 credited to my credit card or check mailed to me.
