Received a telephone call regarding computer clean-up on July 02, 2012 from Microsoft stating that my Windows program would shut down in two days due to a back log of errors and problems. I do not know much about computers so I went through the motions. My credit card company called me immediately to let me know. I am glad I pay them for protection. Why, with the money poured into microsoft, can they not filter these scams to protect their paying customers. From my e-mail list, these people are requesting $3,000.00 or as much as. They say that I am stuck in Cypris and am unable to pay for an airline ticket to get home. Help, I continue to receive these calls. I live in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. What can you do to help?
