Well i canceled my Verizon triple play and found out that they Bill u a month in advance, so I expected to get money back , well i sure did 159.99 $ but suddenly a couple of days later i realized they sent out another bill for the next month and when i spoke to all their representatives they put me into collections after they gave me a refund now my credit my life and my pocket book are being threatened by Verizon and all they can do is laugh and say that's the way it goes "sorry"
