I am trying to cancel their service which I have not used. I went thru global tel link and wound up with jail call services. I had no idea. I am now trying to cancel Jail call services. I can not email them and they do not provide a phone number to call and cancel the service. When I try any email link they have provided it comes up "default mail client not installed".

  • I had a problem with Global Telling in the State of Ohio. They do NE Ohio's prison calls. I was accepting calls from a friend in Lake Erie prison, my telephone bill was kept current and I was never late in paying my bill. Global Telling was not my carrier but they were able to suspend my long distance service for no reason. Once I was able to get ahold of Global Telling by phone they explained to me that the pervious month I had two calls from the prison when in previous months I had only one call per month so they THOUGHT I was being harrassed and took it upon themselves to suspend my long distance calls. Although this didn't cost me any money I was without my long distant service for close to six months before they would take care of it. This company was hard to get a number for and once I did get their number they were practically impossible to deal with. I would do everything in your power to get a phone number for the Global Telling company in your area and get the person's name you talk to and continue each and every call asking for that particular person or I would be afraid you may not get anywhere with these people.   • the best thing to do is to get a GOOGLE VOICE Number in the Area code of the Facility... then place it on your PHONE ... and then always have $$$$ on Global tel

  • Also Wellsfargo replaced my $$$$ ... and they are investigating it.... maybe your bank will BAT for you and replace your funds ? good luck...Godsfool
