Filled in form to set up account, paid $29.99 for one month service and $14.95 set up fee. Money deducted from debit account immediately. No contact as promised to verify working phone; no contact with new phone number for inmate to use when calling home as promised. Account status shows "application pending" for the last 25 days. No response to email inquiries; website states a 4-hour response time during business hours. No phone number to call them - one is listed on scambook and BBB. Also, when attempting to change account deductions to manual in lieu of automatic monthly deductions, website does not allow the change. I am contacting my bank to make sure no other monies are taken from my account.
