I too was charged by "Guanzhou" via Clicksure for an order I never placed. I called my credit card company after having no luck with Clicksure who stated they can't do a refund without an order id number.
The credit card company is going to contact the bank that processed the charges.
One other thing you can do is request your credit card company put an alert on your account which will stop clicksure from being able to process charges. It's a little inconvenient because you're credit card will be frozen until they hear from you. But it's a lot easier than trying to get charges reversed.
For anyone dealing with this problem here is some information you can give to your credit card company.
