on 9 th of June, on 11 th of June and on 18yh of July I have been charged three time for servise they did not provided and I havent asked of them, my account has been overdrown even I canceled my card and even it was bloked , I canceled theire service that I never ask for after month I have been charged again , I dont dont understand why our glorious police doesnot doing about froadulant company like that , they rip people again and again , or banks just let them do it and when you tell them they say we cant do nothing about it. but the bank can stop me from overdrawin my own account all of suden they let others to take money out from my account even there is £0.00 how does that flicken work. I,am fumen I swear to God if I ever see loanplusmore office I will smash it and refund my money that way ,if goverment powerless someone has to do something about them.

- try sending them a letter requesting it back or seek legal advice i recently asked them how to claim it back they told me to send a letter to a freepost address on there website i have done and im waiting for a reply it has been 4 days and nothing so far
