my partner tried to take a loan out of 100 pounds, he then got refused the loan and on his disability payday they took 70 pounds out of his account without his permission. i think its sick that a loan company could do such a thing considering my partner is type 1 diabetic and the money was for him to look after his self they took the money and we write them a letter and they still havent replied please help us as we are only on benefits.

- i recently sent them an e-mail requesting the £69 that got taken from my bank they told me to write to them and send it to a freepost address i am still waiting for a responce it has only been 4 days i will let you know if i get a responce. if the same has happened to you try this process.
