Hi

Just found this site, I am an investor who now gets these crazy letters about this small company in Santa Ana as well. The letters are addressed as if they came from the company itself, which by the way CP ("idiots" is a crime) Just an FYI

This is what I found out :

The poorly written letters riddled with presumptions and false acusations accuse the present major shareholders of cleaning out the company's cash register. I can tell you, based on the long stretches that these complaints make , they are coming from nothing but a small basket of "sour grapes" with no merit whatsoever. Im going to tell you how I know this as a fact. This is what I found out.

The author of these letters (we will call him "Doctor" since he uses this alias, or pretends to be a doctor) bilked people out of thousands of dollars of recurring monthly credit card revenue for hocus pocus medicines, under the guise of being a doctor. After he called me about this and I talked to the "Doctor" at length I became suspiicious and I looked up the public records in regards to our "Doctor" and found out the following:

(a) This guy filed a chapter 7 himself last year, loosing his very sick fathers house, for $ 250,000.00 to Bank of America, a credit line that he took out for his business in Newport Beach. His Father was bed riidden and sick at the time, and the house went into foreclosure, because of the "Doctors Newport Beach Business".

(b) This so called Doctor then bilked a trust fund out of over $175,000.00, (rent included) from people in Beverly hills along with his credit card billings.

(c) The doctors associate his little friend also cosigner on the Newport Beach property business had a judgement placed aginst him as well, and the law firm is still looking for him, since his little friend has not filed Bankruptcy.

(c) Finally, this guy pretends to be a Doctor and if you dont belive me, he has an e mail saying he is a Doctor, and has had one for many years.

(d) This is the guy that called me and wanted me to join his group to "catch a thief' as he put it.

As a sophisticated investor I did not, nor do I see his logic. I then took a look at the others who were suddenly complaining about this deal that he gave me the names.
NOW UNDERSTAND THAT THESE COMPLAINTS ARE ALL PERSONAL FRIENDS OF THE DOCTORS. THE PHONY JOHN JUSTICE LETTERS,ESQ ARE NOW GOING TO THE ATTORNEYS for the small Santa Ana Company, attemptiing to get them to quit as well. Attorneys being attorneys they will quit as soon as something contraversial comes up.

(a) One former complaintant is a real "what I call a 5150" (crazy divorcee who really made her former husbands life miserable and sued another PHD) This one claims to be another "Doctor" who says that she can cure cancer with a "hyperbaric chamber " She is only a PHD not a medical doctor, and how she got that is anybodys guess. The FDA doesnt agree with her new tactics and or healing process, but thats her stick to the public. Not only has she complained about her investment, she has sued and won a judgement in small claims court. However, remember a plaintiff can win anything in small claims court. Although this one claims to have found fraud in the company and writes about it, -its all speculation in her mind- like everything else. She could not prove any fraud with her little witness in court. Just more retorical nonsense. What else do you sue for except fraud ? Fraud seems to be the new buzz word for " I want to do over in our society and not accept responsibilty for my actions. Its always someone elses fault " if you do not believe me go to small claims court and test this theory. This one had a point to prove and she allied herself with the "DOCTOR" and his side kick friend, who is another story all to his own misery. His Madre used to teach him to lie as a youngster


(b) Another Doctor plaintiff suing at the encouragement of the doctor claims to re-generate a face lift for you with a machine that simply exercises your face muscles," Wow ! I checked out his web site, more hocus pocus what a break through" the FDA in this case disagrees with this chap as well. You can do the same thing with your hands,

(c) Another plaintiff comes from a person who claims to be yet another Doctor as well,who lives out of State. This one is actuallty related to the "Doctors brother by former marriage", This one is a real 5150. The bottom line is I checked with the licensing authority in each State and none of these folks are licensed to be a Doctors of anything.

Finally they criticize the founder for driving cars and owning boats... Im told that a loan that was given to the founder was ear marked for a boat by the Mr. and Mrs who made the loan, and actually inspected the boat in front of witnesses. I am also told that although only half the money was given to the founder, (causing the owner to breech his contract for the boat) in spite of all of it, they (the lenders) failed to keep the remainder of their comittment, and now are crying foul. I don't see a foul here. I see another "do over in society" Not my fault its his. This do over was of course after the founder threw the lenders husband out of the business after two weeks for back stabbing him. Gee what did they think would happen ?

Finally, this group now meets once a week and they comiserate their plan to take the company over and bring value back to the stock. They have now gone from slander to threatening the life of the founder, and his wife. So much so, they have had to hire plain clothes personal protection officers, all to the cost of us as investors, as provided under the by-laws of the corporation. Boy are these guys smart. The Doctor and his little side kick have recently went out and hired a "hack lawyer" in Irvine. They think that they will ultimately prevail in this witch hunt by getting investors to sue. They should really know better, and just go home. This is costing us all money. This is what you get when you get a group of people that think they are smarter. They are all out of business now and most of them cant make a living. The only one that is left, is the little company in Santa Ana....

Epilogue

You dont invest in a company and then "three years later ask for you money back"

THEY ARE WASTING MY MONEY AND TIME, AND I TAKE EXCEPTION TO IT.
