A PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT:

RE; JOHN JUSTICE LETTERS, ESQ

Please be advised that a total of seven shareholders of a small public company are in fact representing to a myriad of shareholders VIA LETTER, that they are attorneys THAT CAN operate in the best interest of other shaeholders in encouraging you to file suit against a small public company in Santa Ana.

These "magnificent seven" for lack of a better term, are using the actual companies address as a return address for theiir letters. PLease be advised that these letters are not originating from the company. The persons who are responsible claim they are working for the Orange County District Attorneys Office. the Orange County Register, Wells Fargo Bank, and the SEC, using the false PEN name of John Justice Esq.

Such disparging communications have also been sent to Knobbe Martens Olsen and Bear, The Dreyfus law firm in Irvine, the law Offices of Adam Jaffe, and the law offices of Morris and Stone in Tustin California. These letters have warned the law firms representation of a particuliar company in Santa Ana, further damaging the company financially. Additinally the present coprporate officers have had their lives threatened under these annymous writings.

Please be advised that "JOHN JUSTICE" DOES NOT EXIST, is not a licensed attorney and the seven individuals behind this scheme are bing investigated by the US Postal System, and the California State Bar for representing to shareholders that they are licensed attorneys, under a false name.

It is now believied that a licensed California attorney in Irvine is behind the scheme as well. These letters are designed to disparge corporate officers who are in control of the company where the individuals were discharged from employment, where they once worked and may still be shareholders. It is their intention to get other shareholders to bring frivelous litigations aginst the company and bring it to demise

John Justice is not a licensed attorney under the Caliifornia State Bar and is simply a fraud that has designed his communication to threaten and intimidate you.
