I oredered a free sample, paid for the postage and packaging and waited for the delivery. It never turned up so i emailed the company and told them to cancell my subscription, they told me to call a number which i did and found that it was not their company, i emailed again and informed them that the number was incorrect and to take my email as confirmation of my cancellation. Then 2 months later they take two payments on the same day totalling £112.00. I have emailed them to find out why and again was told to call the same number as they would not discuss via email. I have now spoken to my bank who are going to refund my money into my debit account and pass this information onto the fraud department. I am one of the lucky ones that will get my money back but please speak to your bank if you havent done so already, if anything they will cancel your card and send out a new one with a different number so it may help prevent Illuminations taking anymore money from you. The are nothing but low life thieves and i can only hope that they get what they deserve and soon.
