When I originally bought the condomiun, the HOA fee was 185 permonth. As for past 2 year the raised it to 1100 per month. This is as expensive as the mortage
I ended up spending about 5000 in attornies fee to fight this and they threaten foreclosure if I didn't pay the HOA
