The Retoxor product was just not as advertized--ok great, now trying to cancel the shipments and getting a refund was a whole other lesson. Promises of cancelled shipments then getting an order. Being told that the product was one price then being charged something else. The they say a refund takes 20business days!! OMG nothing in this world takes that long-especially a refund!!! If the product works for you, great- but be prepared for a battle if you ever need to stop the deliveries.
