I was trying to deposit money into my account b/c I needed to pay for subscriptions to a business I am in. The other payment processor (Payza--formerly AlertPay) they use doesn't take Mastercard, so I was forced to use Solid Trust. I had never heard of them, but I don't think I will be using them again. I used my MasterCard to transfer $18 from my SunTrust account to STP. I never got an email confirmation. All I got was a white screen. The money came out of my bank account available balance. I checked myu account just now to see if the transaction was still there and the funds were still taken from my available balance....IT IS!
Transaction on my bank account says
Description: GTS*SOLIDT 07-10 21911608180
Debit: $18.00
but there still is no "pending" or "available" transaction on my STP account. I couldn't find a number to call. Their live chat wasn't working. This processor is awful.
Either STP needs to refund the money to my bank account or it needs to show up in my STP account ASAP. With other payment processors, the funds show immediately when using a bank card. This is ridiculous.
