I have not used STP since 2013 so I suspected my account would be blocked when I tried to login on 28-Jan-16. Since that time I have called [ telephone does not answer ] put in tickets, sent emails and now 4 months later I still do not have access to my account. I received this email from STP on 4-May-16

One would think from the foregoing that the way was cleared to access my account. NOT SO - Now the user name and pass don't work and I have been after STP to send me login credentials so I can process funds from Traffic Monsoon. I am hoping for access by 2017. Perhaps you folks can do something.

  • SolidTrust has responded multiple times to this member. Their primary issue was that the email they signed up with was different than the email they are now using. This resulted in any password reset emails not being received, as these reset emails were going to the old email address on file.

    The member was also using the wrong login password repeatedly, which resulted in their account being blocked. Additionally, in 2015 (as we advised them a number of times via support ticket) an unauthorized login attempt from Singapore occurred in 2015 which also blocked the account.

    All support tickets from this member were responded to in a timely fashion, and their account has been fully updated.

    All problems were client based and not any issue with the SolidTrust Pay system.
