On 06/09/12 I was contacted by someone who said they were from Microsoft and that they had received serveral reports from my computer. The person ran a diagnotic and said my computer was about to crash. The offered to clean my computer, add anti virus and malware protection and I could have this service for $359 for 7 years. Yep I bought it. On 07/09/12 he called back and said he would run a diagnostic to see if the protection was working with my computer. He said it wasn't and offered to refund my money. He pulled up a Western Union Form and had me fill it out except when the box for receiver came up he wanted me to put my husband or another family person's name. I said no. Under receiver we ended up with my name and the country of india. I said if Iam the receiver it should say united states. I disconnected the transaction and asked for a phone number for NIAS Business Solutions and did not get it. I was almost scammed twice.
