I tried funding my STP account with my credit card for $140 however the money came out my credit card already but my STP account has not been credited -- it is not in 'Pending" or "available" balance. After that I hit the back button by mistake and then again, another $140 was debited out my credit card, and still my STP account was not credited. There is basically no record on my profile that these transactions were done, what do I do now?

So right now I'm out $280 from my credit card and none of this was credited to my STP account. please can someone from STP sort this out ASAP by either funding my STP account with $280 or reversing the transactions on my credit card.

  • Gereshan, Your not the only one..I've deposit funds from my Credit Card to my STP account, it didn't show up in either of my pending nor available status, when the transaction was complete (after deposit was made) white screen only showed when the transaction was made, they did deducted off from my bank, but nothing shows in my STP acct..from what I've heard, they have been updating ther site and going through maintanence that's causing the delay..funds should be xpected to be posted in stp account within 5-7days. (Horrible)..STP HAS BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

  • :-( Really Matthew, that's terrible! Yes, the exact same thing happened with me, I was just taken to a white screen as well! I've sent in a support ticket, hopefully the matter will be rectified.

    I really wanted to get into a program today as it's just launched which would have benefitted me tremendously! Now I have to wait possibly 5-7 days! Not acceptable... And I really don't want to try making another deposit until these are sorted out. If they know there are bugs in the system, why allow people to deposit...

    By the way Matthew, when did this happen to you? was it also today? And are you sure that the funds will reflected in our accounts at some point?

  • Gereshan, unfortnately yes. The transaction was made today around midnight (NV Local time). I've been a member for STP for almost 4 months all my deposits are always posted accucately, last night was the very first time that my funds weren't posted in the same day in my PENDING AND AVAILABLE STATUS, regarding about the support tickets, STP never replies back, they have the online chat support and they never work..and they also have phone numbers that they never answer. I'm worried too, you and I are in this same boat, my best bet..is to wait it out for atleast 5-7 days (1 week max) because ofupdating the site..if nothing changes, I would call your Bank to dispute the transaction, that's something I would do if they didn't post my balance..hang tight there! :)

    By the way, what program are you trying to join?
