I was trying to look up a criminal record and up came this one for PublicRecordsChecks.com. I went to the site and decided to pay $22.99 plus an additional $9.95 for more records with an additional $9.95 to have Unlimited Access to all records. I needed the information, so I went for the whole thing costing $42.89. I put in my first search and when I tried to get the record, it stated I had to pay an additional $4.95 for a 4-day pass or if I didn't cancel in that timeframe, I would be billed $19.95 each month until I did cancel. I have never gotten a report and when I tried to E-mail customer service, they keep stating that sometimes that happens and since I did try a search, I am unable to get my money back.
