I purchased a VIP Premium-UNLIMITED ACCESS!! With two additional premium options included for a ONE TIME payment of $42.89. These were supposed to give me UNLIMITED access to ALL search results. NOT true! For access to results they require additional payments because a different company has them. According to their OWN receipts when I purchased the VIP PASS, ALL their results come from Inteligator, and the additional payments they want because the results are from a "different" company is ALSO Inteligator. What a rip-off. I sent an inquiry to their support team who informed me they would NOT refund my purchase and I should read their "terms and conditions", which I had BEFORE I made my purchase, so I sent another inquiry stating that regardless of the fact that I purchased through publicrecordschecks.com ALL results and searches are done by Inteligator and the before mentioned website is owned and operated by Inteligator therefore my VIP UNLIMITED ACCESS PASS negates any additional charges to view results. NO response from them and NO change to my account.
