I recently placed an order with tvruby for a DVD collection (series melrose place). It wasn't till after I placed my order that I had found out what kind of company they really are. I've read several complaints of other people who have had the same problem in which I am having at this time. I immediately contacted them via email and I have yet to hear back from them. I am certain that they are avoiding me, because I emailed them prior to ordering anything and I got a response from them almost immediately. I cant believe people get away with this s---. its not right and someone needs to shut down these companies. Thank you for your time Sincerely Brett Staffa PS. If needed: my order number is 5717
