Yes, I ordered the complete DVD set of the TV show Early Edition. When I started watching the dvd's I immediately noticed that the quality of the recordings was highly questionable. Two of the 26 dvd's had "Error Read" errors and would not play. Two more dvd's were duplicates.
After checking each and every dvd, I emailed TVRuby and informed them of my findings along with specifically telling them what episodes were missing. When they responded to my email, I was told that "replacement" dvd's would be forthcoming. Well that was almost eight months ago.
I traced their operation to an apartment complex in Mississauga,Ontario. I also notified the Better Business Bureau in the providence. However, TVRuby is not a member of the Better Business Bureau or Chamber of Commerce. Therefore, the best the BBB can do is notify them by registered letter.
I'm thinking about contacting the USPS Postal Investigation office since TVRuby is using them to mail their product.
