Ordered Microsoft Office Standard 2007 downloadable software on 06/06/2011..received confirmation from company stating would receive product key within 24 hrs..on 06/08/2011, sent the company an email advising them I had not received the product key yet by email...in response received an email from them giving me a product key..copy of email below:

This key did not work! Email the company again to advise that an invalid product key was sent on 06/09/2011 & that I ordered product to use for a project that had a deadline & if I didn't receive the product key I would be requesting a refund...they respond with the following email:
I'm really sorry about it.
The key is WG8PR-9MXVB-XHCTG-6M9B4-KJ8VQ .

On 06/09/2011, I attempted to download the software but was unable to because it gave me an error message before completing stating that a component of the software was missing...this is the error message: Error 1311: Source file not found D:\office\SKU011.CAB...so I searched the website to find a customer service # to speak with someone who could help me there was none on the "Microsoft store" website ...so I called microsofte tech support ...who advised me that the product key I had was for a trial product & that the error message I was getting stated that there was a component missing from the download that they sent me ...so I would not be able to use it....I sent them an email expressing my concerns by then I had missed my deadline so I requested a refund and advised them per their website that I could request a refund per the website on downloadable product within 30 days of purchase....a copy of the 1st refund request is below:

I am very disappointed with the incomplete instructions that I've received with this order & downloading the software that I've order & paid for! First, I get an incomplete Key & now its giving me an error message:
Error 1311: Source file not found D:\office\SKU011.CAB
This makes me believe that not everything was sent that is needed to download Microsoft Office Standard 2007. To add insult to injury...no customer service number was given in case of problems.
At this point, I am requesting an immediate refund! I ordered this because I need it for the college course I'm taking that has a deadline that I will not be able to meet because of all the inconsistency or incomplete info that I have received from your company! I need someone to call me ASAP in regards to this matter.

It is 06/23/2011, this company has yet to address my refund request! I have sent them 4 different emails requesting a refund of the $79.99 that I spent...but they have yet to respond to me about the refund...now, they are not responding at all to any email that I have sent this company...I need help! I am unemployed, single parent, college student and my budget does not allow me to give my money away! If you can advised me on what I can do to get this matter resolve ...I would greatly appreciate it ...My contact info is below:
