I ordered a downloadable copy of Office 2010 and Key and downloaded files didnt work. it took 20 minutes, approx 1 gig of files for office but no executable files to load an application. I attached my emails to company for support.

Please see below and advise. I have tried repeatedly to get assistance or refunded. I am not an idiot and know how to download and install software. The application does not install after I downloaded it. The exe and autorun.ini files do not execute!! The links provided by your support go to an evaluation copy only and Key does not work. I am at this time demanding a refund so I can buy from a vendor who will sell me a valid copy, key and support.

Tony,

I don't have any problem downloading this zipped file and unzipping. It just doesnt have any executable files or installer to load Office. I attached Setup.exe and autorun.inf for you to see it is not working. I am sending you unzipped files. Please assist or I will need to be refunded because Office does not load. Please help, thank you,

U can't download the file because of the firewall of ur PC.

Pls allow its running.

Usually it will cost 10-20 minutes.
