International boundaries
They are a on-line auction auction "service" but never delivered one item I supposedly won. They let users spin a wheel that gave free bids. $.60 each bid but never produced. I was a "member" for six weeks and they listed my winnings but I never recieved anything from their free shipped goods. I was suckered in but good. I am now better able to sense a rip-off. Any help would be great as I put this debt on my credit card. Gary Hill (Personal Information Removed)
