I hired Randy Hirsch to help me with credit issues. He never delivered. Initially I had no problem reaching Randy, but after about 30 days or so I was not able to get in contact with him. I left a number of voice mail messages, and sent a number of emails. When I did hear from him all he had was excuses from the holiday to his daughter, then nothing for two months. I contacted the Better Business Bureau then I heard from him, he appologized again for not getting back and had the excuse that it was due to the tax seasons. He promise to pay. I sent him an email trying to appeal to the human side of him letting him know what a financial bind paying for his service was and since he hadn't produce any results and that I really needed my money back to take care of some pressing financial obligations,like my motgage..etc. it went on deaf ears, it was a waste of time, not knowing that he had did this to others before me and now I see it has been others after me. I didn't hear from him again until I file a complaint with ripoff.com. He claimed that he has had very few complaints compare to the number of clients he has in his data base. He's promising to pay again...guess what?

If I don't know a company or person I normally check to see if there are complaints before I give money. He was a referral on a company site I frequent, so I didn't check him out, BIG Mistake!!!!! I found out on ripoff.com that I wasn't the only complaint about Randy's practices. A woman claimed he took her for $2000. I wished I had seen this before I moved forward with him he would not have gotten one red cent, and I would not be going through this. It looks like he prolong things by giving excuses to get you off his back while he's probably ripping someone else off.

He should be put in jail for what he is doing to people and should be made give restitution to all his victims. As difficult as things are for most people myself included, he is out right stealing money and don't seem to have a problem doing it. Please beware!

Look out for Karma Randy. You can't continue to hurt people the way that you are and not expect it to come back on you.

He gives excuses to get you off his back. I guess he wants you to go away, hoping that statue of limitations runs out. It has been 8 months.!!!!Please beware!
