This is the second time I have received this call in the last month. They always say I have won 2.5 million dollars and want me to go to Walmart/Walgreens, etc to buy a $150 card, and they call incessantly and tie up the phone line while disrupting the household. They lie that they are from California even though I know that the area code of 876 is from Jamacia. When I tell them they are scamming they say they are legit, working with the FBI, FCC and keep calling me back and asking why I keep hanging up on them. I had a medical emergency and I could not use my home phone due to their calling and keeping my phone line tied up even though I asked them repeatedly not to call me.
