I ordered a DVD with promised 3-5 day Priority Mail. My debit card was immediately debited. After checking my order to see if it has shipped, I called them when it had not. I called Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday along with an email. NO responses,and item has not shipped or arrived. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. This company should be ashamed of themselves!
