I started Social Security in April 2012. Received 1st check in May 2012. I was monitoring my bank account on line and did not receive payment in June 2012. I went to Social Security Office and found that someone had changed my direct deposit from my bank account to a Chase Debit Card. I am not worried about the money, Social Security will get back, but I am concerned about identity theft and would like 90 day fraud monitoring.
