Complaint 130139 Details Scan your bills for fraud

Company does a horrible job explaining what it is they do- which apparently is nothing! I was asked to submit many of my financial documents and along the way different people call and email very unprofessionally the whole time. In the end when "my packet" of documents was ready to send off (was also led to believe they did this themselves) I sent off to a WRONG address- when called the phone number was WRONG. I should have known when too many strange things happened. Total scam!
