Ordered 3 pairs of Ecco shoes prices at 40.28 down from usual 129.95. Paid via Paypal. Approx 3 weeks later received a small envelope from China with a shower cap in the mail. When I tried to dispute the charge with Paypal based upon lack of receipt of ordered merchandise, they closed my complaint after the seller was able to produce proof of delivery confirmation. This is obviously a scam that is working quite well for them....get paid for expensive items, mail out a 10 cent shower cap, and use that proof of delivery to keep Paypal off their back. Very unhappy with this seller (scammer) and Paypal also.
