As with previously reported complaints, I ordered a couple pairs of shoes and never received any shipment. After opening a dispute through PayPal, the merchant shipped a shower cap from China and used the tracking number as proof of shipment to PayPal. I escalated the dipsute to a claim and explained to PayPal that I only received a shower cap. They simply closed the case with no explanation. This was a total scam and PayPal did nothing about it.
