My son Joshua Savitz signed up for this service. When he found this was not something he wished to continue the company refused to cancel the service and continued to charge us this monthly fee even after acknowledging the cancellation with a confirmation code. I spoke first with representative Mark on Monday June 18 when the charge appeared and then this morning with Ryan.
