My wife and i spent 3 nights at above hotel when we arrived home my wife checked our account we were charged 250.00 above the price of the room rate. my wife called the hotel and was told we shattered a granite top and pulled the phone wires from the wall. my wife is 58 i am 61 with severe arthritis c.o.p.d. and Afib. They said they took pictures and said there was nothing they could do about it. my wife told them that our door would'nt shut properly. they basically said to bad. We are not the kind of people to vandalize a room i have been a choice member for many years. i have stayed in more than 50 of there rooms.this whole thing seams unreal. i would appreciate any help in this matter Thank you Dave Thornburg Email (Personal Information Removed)
