I understand that this company has ripped people off before. I know this amount is minimal but my concern is that i called them because i did not receive the product and they told me that I am responsible for the full amount of the product now that the trial offer is over. What I don't understand is how I can be responsible for something that I did not receive. So now I must cancel my credit card and and get a new one.
