I'm English, living in Spain, and this morning I ordered a free trial for a Veloura product. I was going to continue and order the free trial for the Alluria product, but started reading the terms and conditions carefully, and realised the company is just after debiting my credit card with large sums each month.
I immediately emailed Veloura and said I wished to cancel my free trial, explaining why. I've also tried to phone them - to no avail as no-one answers.
As yet, nothing has been debited from my credit card. But, after reading everyone's experiences here, I think I should go along to my bank and tell them not to accept debit requests from this company.
Could any of you please let me know the name the company uses when taking money from your accounts/credit cards?... Is Veloura a product from the Alluria Company?
