I ordered two CV axles on 06/10/2012 from partsgeek.com and received these two parts on 06/12/2012. The UPS deliver person left the parts on my home's porch. After I got home I saw the two package were damaged and didn't look like new parts. I was pretty sure that it was not the deliver person's fault. Afterward, I opened the packages the two parts were damaged not new ones and no installation manual. Also, the parts brand was not what I ordered, they put damaged GSP CV axles into the boxes and then shipped to me. I emailed partsgeek and told them this problem. They replied to me and said that I had to pay for return shipping fee and they won't pay for that. I complained about that it was partsgeek's fault why I had to pay for return shipping fee. I searched for partgeek customers' review and read many customers' complaints about partsgeek.com and they said that they didn't even received refund after they shipped order items back to them. I realized that partsgeek.com is a scamming and fraud company.
