I purchased two remanufactured auto parts for $88.46. I was also charged an additional $50 which would be refunded once my used parts were removed from the vehicle and returned (a core charge) for a grand total of $138.36 before shipping.
I tried to return my core parts, but the company does not provide a shipping label or any credit towards returning the core parts. The cost for me to return the core parts at my expense is $75. As a result, I would have to pay $75 in shipping in order to receive my $50 refund. Consequently, I would lose money forcing me to forfeit my refund. I ended up paying $138.36 for refurbished parts when I could have purchased brand new parts for $126.21.
