On June 16th I could not get to my yahoo account, searched for help and got this company {if there is one} I was told that my yahoo account had been hacked and they could fix it and also clean up my pc, all for a cost of $239.95, which I would mail to them on June 18th 2012.
After about 2 and 1/2 hours and being reassured that they would be avaiable 24/7 they got my yahoo to work again, for about 2 hours. Today I tried to call and e-mail them with no response. I am frustrated and very unhappy. I was taken and thought I was being helped. Now I do not know what to do. Anybody have a suggestion?

- I had the same experience. But I only got the 99.95 offer. I think he deleted files so that I will get more trojans. All he did was delete my cookies and cache...I will not pay them nor will I allow anyone to remote in again. Lesson learned.

- They installed Malwarebytes and uninstallled my max registry which I paid for. When I reinstallled it ...it got tons of stuff of stuff Malware didnt get. I transferd some stuff to a disc, Im sure I will crash soon. Did I mention I will not pay them.
