I signed up for a "free package" to apply for a government grant in the beginning of June. I paid, with my debit card, for the shipping and handling which was $2.93. I never received a package at all. I thought, oh well. It must've been a scam. I should've known better. Well, here it is August. I just went online to check my account. I realize that there is a charge of $57.93 I did not recognize. So, I called my bank. They informed me that this company had been charging my account for the past 3 months, for a total of $176.72!! They gave me a phone number for GrAssist.org. The actual company website is GrantAssist.com. They would not only NOT give me a refund, even after I told them I never even received this "free application" but they would not even find a supervisor for me to speak with. This is the worst and most illegitimate company I have ever come in contact with. I will do whatever it takes to assist in this company's execution.
